Bill Brant learned his trade from his grandfather and father. After his discharge from the US Navy in 1956, he took over the family construction business with his uncle. The Brant family built “Brantwood”, a neighborhood of single-family homes that would become the pattern for other subdivisions in the area. Along with his 2 sons, Jeff and Jim (at our Florida location), many employees have been part of this family company for more than 30 years.

The Brant’s have capitalized on this success and performed extensive research into the needs and wants of potential homeowners. They applied their innovative design ideas and vision to create developments which encompass a variety of dwellings. Brant Construction Management, Inc. was incorporated in 1984 to provide Construction Management services blending high technology and fine craftsmanship to a variety of clients. BRANT’S early construction management contract entailed coordination of 33 trade contractors in the completion of the $34,000,000 East Chicago Indiana Central High School. Since that time, BRANT has completed construction projects in a wide spectrum such as industrial, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, health care facilities, churches, schools, apartment complexes, and nature centers to name a few. We take pride in completing projects both on time and within our client’s budget.
