Brant’s
newest 34,560 Sq Ft retail center is located at
the intersection of US Rt. 30 and Cline Avenue
in Schererville, Indiana. Having excellent exposure
on US 30, the masonry structure was designed for
maximum rental space, offering an upscale exterior
and including six towers to draw additional attention
to vehicle traffic. A retention pond was incorporated
for storm water overflow. A berm of tasteful landscaping
separates the existing multi-family residential
development to the north. The southeast corner
of the property includes a drive-thru banking
facility also constructed by Brant Construction.
