Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic, Bettendorf, Iowa

Bettendorf, Iowa is the home to a 13,600 square foot Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic. This clinic was constructed on a 1.59 acre site. Site engineering proved to be challenging due to the elevation changes on the bare site. This land was “tabled” to accommodate this one-story pre-engineered metal building and parking areas. The foundations were poured at the center line of the hill to allow easy access to Veterans.

The building was occupied in April, 1992. A standing seam roof sets atop this pre-engineered metal building with a brick masonry exterior. Although this Brant’s smallest VA Outpatient Clinic, it offers excellent care for the Veterans from the Quad Cities area and beyond.
